I. Performance and Applications

This product is an imidazoline-based corrosion inhibitor that exhibits excellent corrosion inhibition effects in various chemical cleaning acids. Under standard conditions, the metal corrosion rate is less than 1 g/m²•h, with outstanding capabilities to resist acid cleaning-induced hydrogen permeation and inhibit Fe³⁺ corrosion. It is used in combination with various chemical cleaning acids to remove carbonate, iron oxide, sulfate, mixed, and siliceous scales. Suitable for pickling carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and other metal equipment, as well as composite material equipment. Applicable for cleaning various heat exchange equipment in industries such as petroleum, chemical, machinery, metallurgy, power, transportation, refrigeration, and domestic use, including boilers, coolers, heaters, reactors, evaporators, storage tanks, water supply and drainage pipelines, refrigerators, compressors, etc.

III. Usage Instructions

Select the appropriate acid type and cleaning process conditions based on the structure, material, and scale type of the equipment to be cleaned. Add 1-3 kg of pickling corrosion inhibitor per ton of 5-10% hydrochloric acid, mix thoroughly, connect the cleaning system, and proceed with the conventional chemical cleaning process. When replenishing acid during cleaning, add the pickling corrosion inhibitor proportionally.

IV. Packaging and Storage

Pickling corrosion inhibitor is packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg/drum; it has stable physical and chemical properties and should be stored in a cool place with a shelf life of 12 months.
