VFQ Series Ductile Iron Electric Control Valve
The valve body adopts the iron mold sand coating casting process, which eliminates mold expansion compared to traditional methods. It features uniform wall thickness, no air holes or sand inclusions, high material density, and a more refined appearance.
The valve body and stainless steel valve port are formed in one go during casting, preventing deformation of the valve port. Even under prolonged high-temperature use, there is no external leakage, ensuring zero leakage during factory pressure testing. The sealing ring is made of PTFE + carbon fiber material, offering better wear resistance.
The paint surface is treated using automated spraying lines and drying equipment, resulting in stronger paint adhesion, better anti-corrosion effects, and significantly improved glossiness of the valve body.
