Briquette Binder Process

Briquette Production Line Process Introduction:
Raw Materials—Crushing—Mixing—Molding—Drying Raw Materials: Create a favorable foundation for briquette compression to achieve greater molding pressure;
Crushing: First, crush the coal powder raw materials to a fineness below 0-3mm;
Mixing: Thoroughly mix the coal powder with a certain proportion of briquette binder and water to achieve good distribution of the binder, ensuring the coal particle surfaces are moistened by the briquette binder and water;
Molding: Feed the uniformly mixed coal powder into the briquetting machine for extrusion into briquettes;
Drying: Send the molded briquettes into the briquette dryer for drying.
II. Main Features of the Briquette Production Line: Utilizes a multi-station mechanism to sequentially perform material distribution, compression, and demolding;
The transmission mechanism employs a three-stage transmission system with double cranks for strong compression and high-speed transmission;
The motor uses an autotransformer start to ensure normal operation;
Key equipment operates at high speed, offers large output, is easy to operate, and allows for mold replacement as needed.
