Our independently developed 6-hour quick-drying mineral powder binder is specifically designed for the resource utilization of solid waste in the metallurgical industry. It efficiently addresses the challenges of cold-press molding for materials such as iron oxide scale, iron powder refining slag, steel slag powder, and silicon-manganese ore powder. This product utilizes a polymer-based formulation, combining rapid curing and high strength characteristics. It forms a stable structure within 6 hours at room temperature, achieving a compressive strength of over 1000N, with strength exceeding 80 kilograms after 12 hours, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
The core advantages of the product are reflected in three aspects: First, excellent binding performance with minimal additive usage enables an initial pelletization rate of over 98% for high-iron materials (TFe > 65%), producing pellets with smooth, uniform surfaces and no cracks. Second, the environmentally friendly formulation ensures no introduction of impurities during the smelting process while complying with national environmental standards. Third, it offers excellent water resistance and moisture resistance, effectively solving the issues of easy pulverization and strength degradation in traditional pellets, ensuring stability during transportation and storage.
