Mineral Powder Pellet Binder

The process of mineral powder briquetting mainly includes the following steps:
1. Material preparation: First, it is necessary to prepare mineral powder materials, which may include iron powder, coal powder, coke powder, various ferrous and non-ferrous metal powders, iron oxide scale, dust removal ash, sludge, refractory materials, etc.
2. Preliminary crushing: The materials are conveyed via a conveyor into a coarse crusher for initial crushing. Jaw crushers or hammer crushers are typically used for this purpose.
3. Mixing and stirring: The crushed materials that meet the particle size standards are conveyed to a mixer for stirring. Those that do not meet the crushing standards are sent to a fine crusher, such as a horizontal crusher, for secondary fine crushing. They are then transported to the mixer for stirring. A horizontal intensive mixer is generally used to ensure thorough mixing of the materials and binders.
4. Briquetting: The mixed materials are conveyed via a conveyor and elevator to a briquetting machine for pressing. Ordinary materials do not require drying, but if the moisture content of certain materials is too high and they are difficult to store, a dryer is used to dry them before storage.
5. Finished product handling: The pressed briquettes fall onto the lower conveyor and are transported out via a belt conveyor to the finished product pile.
Baufee binder is primarily used in the production of cold-pressed briquettes from various metallurgical powders. It enhances the density and strength of the materials, facilitating transportation and smelting, while also increasing the added value of the materials.
