Iron Ore Concentrate Binder Pellet Ratio and Usage Method

1. Iron ore concentrate: 1000kg, Iron ore concentrate binder: 10-15kg (the amount can be adjusted based on the moisture content of the raw material).

3. First, transport the raw materials to the mixer via conveyor belt. Install a water tank on the mixer and adjust the amount of water added according to the moisture content of the raw materials. After thoroughly mixing the above raw materials, feed them into the briquetting machine;

4. Use a conveyor belt to transport the formed pellets to the dryer. Dry them at 150°C for 1-1.5 hours, or allow them to air dry naturally.
