Supporting Requirements:
1. One oxygen cylinder (industrial oxygen is acceptable)

3. 40 liters of distilled water
Space Requirements:
A room of about 5 square meters is sufficient. Too large or too small may make environmental temperature control difficult.

Operating Procedures

1. Take a sample of biomass pellet fuel.

2. Use a drying oven to determine the moisture content of the biomass pellet fuel.

3. Grind the biomass fuel into a 0.2 mm powder using a sample preparation machine.

4. Install the ignition wire and cotton thread: Take about 10 mm of ignition wire with a thickness of approximately 0.12 mm and install it between the electrode brackets under the flame shield.

5. Add 10 ml of distilled water to the oxygen bomb, place the prepared ignition wire and cotton thread inside, and tighten the oxygen bomb lid.

6. Fill with oxygen using an oxygen filling device. Fill to a pressure of 2.8-3.0 MPa (28–30 standard atmospheres) for 30 seconds.

7. Place the oxygen bomb on the bracket inside the inner cylinder and close the top cover.

8. Press the calorific value key, input the weight, press the calorific value key again, after displaying the additive weight input zero and press the calorific value key. The water injection machine starts working, and results are printed in fifteen minutes.
