Utilizes a microcomputer to automatically control the ash fusibility determination process, completing the entire coal ash fusibility test automatically. It features automatic temperature control, automatic display, automatic judgment, automatic storage, and printing of result images and related data, making it an ideal instrument for upgrading laboratories and testing departments. This instrument is widely applicable in industries such as power, coal, metallurgy, and tobacco, and currently holds a leading position domestically. The product offers the following main features:

Furnace Installation
1. Place the furnace horizontally, carefully insert the silicon carbide tube into the corundum outer sleeve tube, then insert the corundum inner sleeve tube into the silicon carbide tube. Place small fragments or spacers of lightweight refractory bricks at both ends between the silicon carbide tube and the corundum outer tube.
2. Install electrode clamps on the aluminum-sprayed parts of the silicon carbide tube and connect the wires.
3. Adjust the camera so that the lens is aligned with the observation hole of the high-temperature furnace.
4. Install the silicon carbide tube and inner sleeve tube of the high-temperature furnace. Insert the thermocouple from the rear of the furnace into the constant temperature zone of the inner sleeve tube (generally at the center), and adjust the thermocouple end to the upper part of the inner sleeve tube.
5. Connect the ash fusion point main unit to the corresponding plug on the computer using the provided control cable.
6. Connect the power supply to the "Power" terminal of the main unit using the cable.
