Operating Procedures

1. Turn on the power switch of the analyzer and preheat for 30 minutes. Content measurement is not feasible during this stage. When there is no "Preheating" or "Sampling" prompt, sample measurement can proceed.

2. Weigh approximately 11.5g±0.1g of the sample, pour it into the mold, level the sample with a stirrer, and place the mold rod to let it fall freely. Note that after the sample is poured in, the steel ring must not move on the base block.

3. Carefully move the filled mold to the center of the tablet press platform, press the plunger down to the bottom in one go, wait for 10 seconds, then slowly retract the plunger. Remove the pressed sample and use a blower to clean dust from both sides. The pressed sample must not protrude from the steel ring surface, and there should be no cracks on the measured or back side.

4. Enter the content measurement menu, place the sample to be tested into the slide, then push the slide all the way in (the bottom right corner will display "Sample to be Tested"). Press the "1" key or "Start" to proceed.

5. After measurement is complete, pull the slide out fully until "Hard Standard Sample" appears in the bottom right corner, then remove the sample. 6. Press "0" to return to the content measurement menu.

When the instrument's spectral peak position and count check are normal, and the calibration samples are pressed, after chemically analyzing the percentage content of SO₃, CaO, and Fe₂O₃ for each calibration sample, the instrument can be calibrated for SO₃, CaO, and Fe₂O₃. At the start of instrument calibration, the calibration data area must be cleared and calibrated twice to ensure previous data does not affect the current calibration.

After completing the clearing calibration twice, press calibration input to enter the automatic calibration state.

Pull the slide out fully, place the No. 1 calibration sample, then push the slide all the way in. The instrument will automatically start the measurement calibration program. Measurement timing begins, and after the countdown ends, the buzzer emits a continuous "beep..." sound, while the display shows "(Please Pull Out the Slide)". At this point, pull the slide out fully, the prompt on the screen disappears, the sound stops automatically, and the instrument automatically begins measuring the reference sample count rate. After measurement, the screen displays the count rate of the calibration sample and the count rate measured for the reference sample.
