Working Principle and Structure:
Place 0.9~1.1g of the sample into a calorimetric crucible. The crucible is then positioned inside an oxygen bomb filled with 2.8~3.2MPa oxygen. The bomb is immersed in the inner chamber of the calorimeter, which contains a fixed amount of distilled water. The combustible material ignites and releases heat, warming the distilled water. Based on the rise in water temperature and the heat capacity of the calorimetric system, the calorific value of the combustible material can be calculated.
Structure of the Calorimeter Main Unit: Shell, water tank, control system, user interface, etc. The water tank is made of stainless steel and features a double-layer cylinder design.

Installation and Experimentation of the Fully Automatic Calorimeter
1. Preparations Before Use
Initial Inspection: The fully automatic calorimeter may have been damaged during transportation. After unpacking, carefully inspect the exterior for any damage or missing parts. The calorimeter should be installed in a room without strong air convection, direct sunlight, and where temperature fluctuations do not exceed 1°C. The ideal room temperature range is 15~30°C.
2. Installation and Debugging
Place the calorimeter on a level ground or workbench and connect it to the power supply. Add distilled water at a temperature similar to the room temperature until water overflows from the overflow outlet.
