Purpose
The fusibility characteristics of coal ash are directly related to whether slagging (commonly known as coking) occurs in power plant boilers and its severity, thus greatly affecting the safety and economic operation of boilers. This instrument is specifically designed for the intelligent measurement of coal ash fusibility.

The experimental process of the microcomputer ash fusion temperature tester is monitored and controlled by a camera system and computer system. The computer automatically determines characteristic fusion temperatures—deformation (DT), softening (ST), hemisphere (HT), and flow (FT)—based on real-time images of the ash cone's thermal changes. The entire experimental process is automatically stored and displayed. The furnace body can rotate freely for convenient placement and removal.
