1. Main control microcomputer and printer: Used to run the control program, provide a human-machine interaction interface, display high-temperature furnace temperature, measurement results, sample feeding position, and other information; issue various commands based on user operations to complete functions such as measurement, data query, and printing. Connected to the sulfur analyzer via a serial communication cable.
2. Single-chip microcomputer system: Responsible for the heating process of the high-temperature furnace, controlling the heating temperature, collecting measurement data, and receiving commands from the main control microcomputer to complete the experimental process.
3. High-temperature pyrolysis furnace: Uses a tubular high-temperature furnace as the combustion furnace, with its heating element being a double-threaded silicon carbide tube with one end connected. To protect the silicon carbide tube, it is covered with a corundum protective tube, and then filled with high-aluminum and aluminum silicate insulation cotton to achieve good thermal insulation performance.
4. Electrolysis cell: The electrolysis cell is made of transparent organic glass with a capacity of about 400 ml. A pair of platinum electrolysis electrodes and a pair of platinum indicator electrodes are fixed on the upper cover.
5. Magnetic stirrer: Consists of a motor with adjustable speed, driving an iron core stirring rod encapsulated in plastic inside the electrolysis cell. The stirring motor speed is about 500 rpm. Faster stirring speed helps achieve more accurate analysis results, but it should not be too fast, as excessive speed may cause loss of synchronization.
6. Air purification device: This part consists of an electromagnetic pump, air flow meter (0-1000 ml/min), dryer, etc.
Electromagnetic pump: Draws air to rapidly dissolve gases such as SO2 and SO3 generated during sample combustion into the electrolysis cell.
Dryer: Removes acidic gases and moisture impurities from the air. Since the air drawn from the electrolysis cell contains a large amount of moisture, the silica gel must be frequently baked and replaced. Flow meter: Equipped with a needle valve to adjust the flow rate, generally set to around 1.0 during experiments.

Sulfur Analyzer Instructions and Experimental Methods:
Working Principle:
Coal samples are combusted and decomposed in a purified air stream at a temperature not lower than 1150°C and in the presence of a catalyst. The generated sulfur dioxide is coulometrically titrated with iodine and bromine produced by electrolyzing potassium iodide and potassium bromide solutions. The electricity consumed by the electrogenerated iodine and bromine is integrated by a coulometric integrator, which displays the milligram amount of sulfur contained in the coal sample.
Instructions for the Microcomputer Operation Section (Microcomputer Mode)
Press the blue "direction key" on the instrument panel while turning on the power to switch to microcomputer mode. The settings are automatically saved upon shutdown, and the microcomputer mode is automatically set as the default upon the next startup.
Sulfur Analyzer Software Installation Steps:
1. Hardware installation: Connect the provided cable to a 220V single-phase power supply (the power cable should be larger than 4 square millimeters), then connect to the main control microcomputer using a serial communication cable.
2. Software installation: Insert the program CD into the CD drive, open the CD drive, and click the "Setup.exe" icon. The software will complete the installation automatically.
