Working Principle and Structure:
0.9~1.1g of the sample is placed into the calorific crucible, the crucible is placed in the oxygen bomb filled with 2.8~3.2MPa oxygen, and then into the inner cylinder of the calorimeter. The inner cylinder is filled with a quantitative amount of distilled water. The heat released by the combustion of the combustible material heats the distilled water. Based on the rise in water temperature and the heat capacity of the calorimetric system, the calorific value of the combustible material is calculated.
Main structure of the calorimeter: shell, water tank, control system, user interface, etc. The water tank is made of stainless steel with a double-layer cylinder sleeve.
Instructions for Use:
Installation and Experiment of the Fully Automatic Calorimeter
1. Preparation before use
Initial inspection: The fully automatic calorimeter may be damaged during transportation. Therefore, after unpacking, carefully check the exterior of the calorimeter for any damage or missing parts. The calorimeter should be installed in a room without strong air convection, not exposed to direct sunlight, and where the temperature change does not exceed 1℃. The room temperature should preferably be between 15~30℃.
2. Installation and debugging
Place the calorimeter on a level ground or workbench and connect it to the power supply. Add distilled water at a temperature similar to the room temperature until water overflows from the overflow port.
