I. Instrument Connection and Power On

Connect the main power socket to the mains power supply using the power cord, and ensure the instrument is reliably grounded (otherwise, it may be susceptible to interference, causing data fluctuations); check if the drainage hose is securely installed (do not submerge the outlet end of the drainage hose into the waste liquid to avoid drainage issues), and fill the cuvette with distilled water (reference solution). Turn on the computer power, run the element analyzer application, and switch on the instrument power.

II. Establishment of Calibration Curve

Establish the calibration curve

On the main interface, select the element symbol to be calibrated, click "Calibrate" to enter the calibration interface.

Step 1: Click "Full Scale (100)" — drain water and pour in the solution — click "Input A Value" — enter the standard sample value — click "Input C Value %".

Step 2: Enter the weight value of the analytical standard sample in mg.

Step 3: Click "Establish Curve", default to linear curve. If saving other curves, change the curve number.

For multi-point calibration, repeat Step 1. After the calibration curve is established in the instrument, sample testing can proceed.

III. Testing Sample Data and Printing

(1) Testing steps are as follows:

Enter the main interface, click "Full Scale (100)" — drain water and pour in the solution. Once stable, readings can be taken.

Content data can be read directly.

If printing is required, simply click "Save", enter the data processing menu, go to data display, select the data to be printed, and press "Print" to print the corresponding test data.

IV. Data Saving and Retrieval

Data is automatically saved in the computer and can be searched and printed by date. Enter the data processing menu, go to data display, press "Stored Data" — enter the date of the records to be searched in the operation prompt. Data records for the current date will be displayed; select the data to be printed.
