Chapter 3 Basic Usage of the Instrument

I. Connection and Power-On of the Instrument

Connect the main unit's power socket to the mains power supply using the power cord, and ensure the instrument is reliably grounded (otherwise, it may be susceptible to interference, causing data fluctuations); check if the drainage hose is securely installed (do not submerge the outlet end of the drainage hose into the waste liquid to avoid poor drainage), and fill the cuvette with distilled water (reference solution). Turn on the computer power, run the element analyzer application, and then turn on the instrument's power switch.

II. Establishment of the Calibration Curve

Establish the calibration curveOn the main interface, select the element symbol to be calibrated, click Calibrate to enter the calibration interface

Step 1: Click Full Scale (100)-----Drain water and pour in the solution------Click A Value Input------Enter the calibration value-----Click C Value % Input.

Step 2: Enter the weight value of the analytical standard sample in mg.

Step 3: Click Establish Curve. If saving other curves, change the curve number.

For multi-point calibration, repeat Step 1. Only after the calibration curve is established within the instrument can sample testing be performed.
