The working principle is that when quicklime undergoes a digestion reaction with water, it releases a large amount of heat, causing the temperature of the limewater solution to rise rapidly. By precisely measuring the temperature change of the solution and the time required for this change, the reactivity of quicklime is characterized. The automatic quicklime reactivity tester* complies with the current standard DL/T 323-2010 "Method for Determination of Quicklime Reactivity for Dry Flue Gas Desulfurization" and, based on the original manual operation, achieves *intelligent detection, avoiding human errors and mistakes.
