This instrument is fully controlled by PLC, with the temperature of the water bath controlled by PLC temperature closed-loop fuzzy logic PID.

● Start the automatic heating mode, and the system enters the automatic heating state while the stirring paddle automatically activates. When the water bath temperature reaches 40°C ±1°C, the system maintains a constant temperature and automatically reminds the operator that sample loading can begin.

● After the sample is loaded, start the automatic control test mode. The system enters the test state, automatically detects the pH value, and adjusts the titration of acid solution via a metering pump controlled by PLC based on the pH value. The entire test process is automatically controlled, and the activity value is automatically calculated. The system stops automatically after the test is completed.

● When connected to an upper computer, it can plot a time-activity curve online and print the test report.
