I. Scope of Application

Meets the technical specifications and requirements stipulated in the national standard GB/T14402-2007 "Reaction to Fire Tests for Building Products - Determination of the Heat of Combustion", applicable for testing the heat of combustion of building materials. The test method specified in this standard is used to determine the gross heat of combustion of the test product, regardless of the form of the product.  

II. Product Features

1. Automatically controls the temperature of the outer cylinder water at the set temperature point, ensuring that temperature changes do not affect cooling correction, resulting in more accurate measurement results.

2. Automatically adjusts the temperature of the inner and outer cylinders, using a unique cooling correction system, water circulation system, and software automatic error compensation system to reduce cooling correction and make measurement results more accurate.

3. Meets the national standard requirement that "at the endpoint, the inner cylinder is about 1K higher than the outer cylinder."

4. The microcomputer calorimeter retains all functions of the microcomputer system, capable of running general software for other tasks, while simultaneously starting the calorimeter measurement system to automatically calibrate the energy equivalent (heat capacity) of the calorimetric system and measure the heat release.

5. The inner cylinder of the microcomputer calorimeter uses an electric stirrer with blade paddles, and the outer cylinder uses a submersible electric stirrer, making stirring more uniform and convenient. The instrument employs a fuse-type cotton thread ignition method.

6. The microcomputer calorimeter operates on Windows XP and above, with full Chinese prompts and human-computer interaction, making it easy to learn and use. Simply follow the prompts to complete the test.

13. Lid can accommodate crucible and electronic ignition device, lid and all sealing devices can withstand internal pressure of 21 MPa.

14. Bomb inner wall made of USU304# stainless steel, resistant to corrosion from combustion products of samples, and also resistant to pitting and intergranular corrosion caused by acidic substances generated during combustion.
