PP material is relatively soft and cannot withstand very high forces, but it has a very attractive appearance. If the customer has strict requirements for appearance, this type is suitable. The production of such molds is completed in one go, allowing for rapid molding and a short production cycle, making them suitable for use in many precast factories. Once the concrete drain cover mold production is completed and transported to the factory, production can begin. The raw materials used for general drain covers have relatively high strength due to their usage characteristics, so careful mixing is required. The mixed slurry is then slowly poured into the drain cover mold, followed by a series of vibration operations. Once the concrete has solidified, demolding can be carried out.
Round holes and elongated holes are common styles in drain cover molds. Most molds are rectangular in shape, and when selecting a mold, attention must be paid to the environmental usage requirements. Nowadays, construction sites generally require drain covers to be produced with holes. If the existing mold does not have holes, consider creating a new mold or making a steel mold.
