Railway baffle steel molds are divided into two models for use in different locations, namely the F-type and H-type. The F-type corresponds to the railing baffle mold, while the H-type corresponds to the sound barrier baffle mold. Its shape resembles a step and is used in conjunction with the baffle and A-wall, connected with reinforcing bars. The reinforcement is developed at the pouring port, followed by concrete pouring. For this mold, what is more important is how to operate it and the quality of the finished product after mold production. During cast-in-place construction, the mold must be cleaned in advance, and the processing position must be determined during assembly before fixing the mold directly. If slurry leakage occurs, an additional pressure-resistant device can be added externally. After oiling the inner cavity, place the slurry pipeline, start pouring the slurry through the pipeline, and after exhaust treatment, wait for the slurry to solidify.
The main material of railway baffle steel molds is steel plate, and the main process is welding. The demolding speed of these molds is faster than that of other molds, allowing timely separation during the production process, achieving a level that plastic-covered molds cannot reach. They are known for continuous production and can achieve dozens of times the output of other molds.
Due to the large volume and long total length of baffle molds, these large molds are made from steel formwork. The process of manufacturing such molds is also complex. Detailed drawings provided by customers must be strictly followed to verify and manufacture the molds, ensuring the production of standard-compliant molds.
