One-component polyurethane sealant production equipment:

1100L polyurethane sealant mixer: This introduces the planetary power mixer (planetary dispersion mixer, power mixing mixer, dynamic mixer) with a design volume of 1130L. Two motors drive the equipment: one set of high-speed dispersion shafts with both planetary and rotation movements, equipped with dispersion discs at the bottom and butterfly paddles on top, effectively pushing materials downward into the dispersion area for rapid breaking, dispersion, shearing, and mixing. Two sets of low-speed mixing shafts with multi-layer inclined paddles, featuring both planetary and rotation movements, come with two scrapers. The mixing paddles ensure 360-degree thorough mixing, while the scrapers lift bottom materials upward, effectively pushing materials from the bottom toward the center to ensure uniform mixing and dispersion. Additionally, one set of planetary wall-scraping paddles quickly returns materials on the wall back to the mixing and dispersion area, continuously repeating the process, ensuring no dead zones and high efficiency.
