Overview of Glass Adhesive Base Material Equipment:
Both the 5000L and 6000L glass adhesive base material equipment are designed for the production of silicone sealant/glass adhesive base materials. The 5000L and 6000L models are more common, featuring large-capacity storage equipment that ensures no shortage or loss of materials during the adhesive production process, providing a better foundation for this step. Structure of the 5000L Powerful Disperser:
This machine consists of a base, kettle cover and transmission system, kettle body, hydraulic lifting system, and electrical control system.
1. Base: Welded structure;
2. Kettle Body: Made of stainless steel, with rubber casters and a discharge port at the bottom, and positioning clamps on the outer wall;
3. Kettle Cover and Transmission System: Kettle cover, three operating mechanisms, sealing device, reducer, motor, frequency converter;
4. Hydraulic Lifting System: Composed of plunger, oil cylinder, oil tank, sealing device, motor, gear pump, valves, piping, etc.;

Principle of the 5000L Powerful Disperser:
1. Dual-axis high/low-speed disperser, also known as a powerful high-speed disperser, features a unique structure where the dual axes can move up and down automatically within a certain range, which facilitates axial mixing of materials in the mixing tank.
2. Dual-axis dual-speed mixer: The dual axes operate at one fast and one slow speed. The high-speed axis is equipped with a serrated disc impeller at the end, with a peripheral speed of about 20 m/s, primarily for dispersion. The low-speed axis drives a three-blade frame-type stirrer, mainly for mixing, with a very low speed to adapt to the stirring effect of viscous materials.
3. The outer edge of the low-speed frame-type stirrer has a very small gap with the mixing tank, allowing it to scrape the walls.
4. While performing rotational motion, the dual axes also move up and down reciprocally, further enhancing the mixing effect of the materials.
5. The high-speed and low-speed axes of this machine are driven by two motors with speed regulation. The high-speed axis can operate at a fixed speed or be variable.
