The KAKU (KA2509HA2B) axial fan is heat-resistant up to 130 degrees Celsius and has passed SGS testing and certification.
a. Ordinary fans use standard ABS material for the blades, which can only withstand temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius. Even modified ABS material can only withstand up to 85 degrees Celsius. KAKU fans use magnesium alloy blades, which can withstand high temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius without deformation.
b. KAKU axial fans use imported Japanese NMB steel ball bearings. At high temperatures, steel bearings are less prone to deformation compared to iron bearings. Both the rotor and stator are made from steel billets directly supplied by Baosteel.
c. The enameled wire in KAKU fan motors is made of high-purity copper with a copper content of 99.99%. The insulation grade is Class F (155°C), meaning the enameled wire will not melt at high temperatures, preventing motor burnout.
