KAKU (KA2509HA2B) axial fans are heat-resistant up to 130 degrees Celsius and have passed SGS testing and certification.
a. Ordinary fan blades made of standard ABS material can only withstand 60 degrees, while those made of modified ABS material can withstand up to 85 degrees. KAKU fan blades are made of magnesium alloy, which can endure high temperatures up to 300 degrees without deformation.
b. KAKU axial fans use imported Japanese NMB steel ball bearings. At high temperatures, steel bearings are less prone to deformation compared to iron bearings. Both the rotor and stator are made from steel billets directly supplied by Baosteel.
c. KAKU fan motors use enameled wire made of 99.99% high-purity copper, with an insulation class of F (155°C). This ensures that the enameled wire will not melt at high temperatures, preventing motor burnout.
