Explosion-proof carbon monoxide gas alarm

Introduction
A gas alarm is an explosion-proof safety device that can quickly, reliably, stably and continuously detect gas concentrations in industrial production. When the detected gas concentration reaches the preset alarm value, the alarm will send out an alert and drive external equipment to remind on-site staff to take necessary protective measures, which can prevent combustion accidents caused by gas.
Working principle of the gas alarm: The alarm installed on site is powered on. When gas leaks, the sensor converts the detected leakage amount into a corresponding voltage signal for output. After being processed by the alarm, the voltage signal is uploaded with data and displayed on the screen. When the concentration reaches the set action value, the alarm will send out an alert and drive external equipment.
The gas alarm is a fixed instrument that can continuously detect the oxygen concentration or the concentration of toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gases in the working environment.
The gas alarm adopts diffusion mode, and real-time converts the gas concentration signal at the monitoring point into an electrical signal. This signal is amplified, and then processed by the CPU through AD sampling, temperature compensation and intelligent calculation. If the measured value exceeds the set alarm concentration value, an alarm signal will be sent out.
The gas alarm adopts a dual-cavity design and a dedicated imported sensor, and the sensor is modularly designed, which makes calibration and adjustment more convenient. It has excellent performance, high stability, can output multiple sets of signals, and is easy to install and maintain, meeting the high-reliability requirements of industrial sites for equipment.
