Introduction

A gas alarm is a flameproof safety device capable of performing rapid, reliable, and stable continuous detection of gas concentration in industrial production. When the detected gas concentration reaches the preset alarm value, the alarm triggers and drives external equipment to alert on-site personnel to take necessary protective measures, thereby preventing combustion accidents caused by gas leaks.

Working Principle of the Gas Alarm: The alarm is powered and operational when installed on-site. When a gas leak occurs, the sensor converts the detected leakage amount into a corresponding voltage signal. This voltage signal is processed by the alarm, after which data is uploaded and displayed on the screen. When the concentration reaches the set action value, the alarm triggers and drives external equipment.

A gas alarm is a fixed instrument that continuously detects the concentration of oxygen or toxic, harmful, flammable, and explosive gases in the working environment.

The gas alarm uses a diffusion method to convert the gas concentration signal at the monitoring point into an electrical signal in real time. This signal is amplified and then processed by the CPU through AD sampling, temperature compensation, and intelligent calculation. If the measured value exceeds the set alarm concentration, an alarm signal is triggered.

The gas alarm features a dual-chamber design and uses specialized imported sensors with a modular design, making calibration and adjustment more convenient. It offers superior performance, high stability, outputs multiple signals, and is easy to install and maintain, meeting the high reliability requirements of industrial sites.
