Bottom-discharge type vessel pump, also known as a pneumatic ejector pump, operates on the principle of using compressed air as the power source to achieve fluid transportation or pressurization through jet action.

The components of a vessel pump include structural parts such as the pump body, feed valve, level switch, exhaust valve, fluidization cone, discharge valve, and air intake assembly. After the pump body is produced, other components are configured as needed.

The characteristic of a bottom-discharge type vessel pump is that the discharge pipe is located at the bottom of the pump. In many cases, it is positioned at the center of the bottom, eliminating the need for pre-fluidization of the powder inside the pump. Instead, the powder is fed into the conveying pipe through the combined action of gravity and back-pressure air. To prevent material from adhering to the vessel walls during transportation, the powder inside the pump must be fluidized to ensure minimal residual powder remains after conveyance. Regular cleaning and maintenance of the vessel pump and its connected pipelines are essential to ensure stable and long-term operation.
