The migration cell features a simple structure and easy operation, enabling accurate detection of actual specific migration situations in food contact materials. It is particularly suitable for migration testing of sheet materials such as plates and films that have single-sided contact with food, including covers, bases, cylindrical isolation walls, and locking devices. Applicable Standards:

According to China's current GB 5009.156-2016 "National Food Safety Standard" and GB/T23296-2009 "Food Contact Materials," as well as various international food contact material regulations and standards, the safety and hygiene compliance evaluation of food contact materials must be conducted through simulated migration tests.

Product Description:The product is made of316 stainless steel material, with an optimized structural design, lightweight, and very convenient to use and clean. The sealing ring in the product is made of specialized materials through a special pressing process, ensuring excellent aging resistance without affecting the composition of the simulant.

Product Use:

The food contact material simulated migration test cell is mainly used for migration testing of food contact materials and lead and cadmium dissolution testing of ceramic tile materials.
