The IONFIX electrostatic generator head is compact in size and can be used in groups, making it perfectly suitable for various IML and INS in-mold labeling processes.

7097 Handheld Electrostatic Generator Head
Connect to the IONFIX electrostatic generator for manual label adsorption. The operator places the label in the mold, holds the handheld electrostatic generator head 50mm away from the label, presses the power button, and the label is charged with static electricity, thus adhering to the mold.

7700 Connection Box
The 7700 connection box can be fixed to the base or body of the machinery. One end connects to the IONFIX compact electrostatic generator, and the other end can connect up to 6 IML electrostatic generator heads.

? Standard cable length for connecting to the electrostatic generator is 2m; longer cables can be ordered.

1. 771-R Single-Point Electrode Head
PTFE body, pure tungsten emission needle, built-in resistor.
Standard equipped with a 1m silicone cable; longer cables can be ordered.
Model without built-in resistor: 771.

2. 772 Electrode Needle
? Tungsten needle fixed on a silicone cable, used with the 7700-R connection box.
? 1m silicone cable; longer cables can be ordered.

3. 773 Circular Terminal
? Cable end equipped with an M5 circular crimp terminal for connecting to foam boards or electrode needles.
? 1m silicone cable; longer cables can be ordered.




7701 Distribution Box

? Rated voltage: 20Kv.
? 1-4 hard connection output ports, models: 7701/2/3/4.
? Output ports are resistor-coupled.
? Output ports come standard with 1m silicone cables; longer cables can be ordered.
