409/406 Anti-static brush strip

Features

* The brush contains a large number of highly conductive stainless steel fibers with a diameter of 12μ.
* The fine fibers concentrate the electrostatic field charge and ionize the surrounding air.
* The ions of opposite polarity generated by the ionized air neutralize static electricity.
* The brush body is equipped with conductive acrylic adhesive for attaching the brush to conductive and grounded parts of the machine.
* The brush tips should be about 1mm from the target or lightly touching it to neutralize the material. Contact with the material further improves static elimination performance due to additional ionization and electrostatic conduction.
* The brush strip should be installed on a clean, conductive, and grounded surface.
* Can be bent into non-linear shapes to meet various needs.
* The brush strip is applied to paper, plastic processing, and conveying equipment.
* Standard sizes, two types—406/7 and 409/11
