KLEINWACHTER CPM374 Charged Plate Monitor, Flat Panel Monitor

The CPM374 Charged Plate Monitor monitors the ion balance and static dissipation time of electrostatic eliminators, tests the electrostatic decay time of materials, and measures human body walking electrostatic potential and electrostatic field strength.

The three test modes of the CPM374 can be switched by pressing the B key on the option screen.
1. Charged Plate Test Mode:
→ Used to test the ion balance and electrostatic dissipation time of electrostatic eliminators (IEC 61340-5-1 standard)
→ Used to test the electrostatic decay time of materials (IEC 61340-2-1 standard, Method 2)
→ Used to test the electrostatic decay time of materials (SAE J1645 standard)

2. Voltmeter Test Mode:
→ PLATE sub-mode: Tests electrostatic potential of large capacitive objects; used for instrument calibration
→ MK11 sub-mode: Human body walking electrostatic potential test (EN 61340-4-5 and EOS/ESD S.3.1 standards)

3. Field Strength Meter Mode:
→ Tests electrostatic field strength
