* Static electricity can cause numerous problems in pneumatic conveying systems, including blockages, fires, cyclone separation issues, and high static levels at the discharge end.
* The 6000 Iontube is specifically designed to eliminate static electricity from products in pneumatic conveying systems.
* Static neutralization is achieved by enclosed 1250 ionizing bars mounted on the ion tube housing. The number of 1250 ionizing bars depends on the specifications and length of the ion tube. Each 1250 ionizing bar is individually connected to the power supply, allowing for the replacement of a single bar in case of failure without needing to replace the entire system.
* Standard 6000 Iontubes use 1-meter-long Jacob stainless steel tubes.

Applications
Static electricity is generated in conveying systems through the interaction of products, air, and conveyed materials with the inner walls. Typically, plastics and dry products are prone to generating static electricity. Plastic tubes generate more static electricity than metal tubes, and the natural properties of the conveyed product determine the severity of static issues.
During conveying, static electricity generation is a continuous process—so the installation position of the 6000 Iontube is crucial. It should be installed before the point where static is generated to prevent the product from becoming recharged.
The 6000 Iontube significantly improves the separation efficiency of dust and products in cyclone separators. It reduces the accumulation of static electricity in discharge-end hoppers and collection systems, preventing blockages and operational issues.

Structure: The ion tube consists of a stainless steel tube and Fraser1250 ionizing bars mounted around the stainless steel tube via welded assembly holes.
Dimensions: Fraser offers standard DIN tube outer diameters: 50mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm.
Custom sizes or customer-specified tubes can also be customized to meet system requirements.
Ionizing Bar Cable: Standard 2m HT cable, customizable. Determined by the distance between the ion tube and the power supply.
High-Voltage Power Supply: Uses Fraser power supply, converting voltage to 5.5kV. The current is 5mA, ensuring high safety.
