1. Product Introduction

Structural composition: The FTJS-1000 silicon piezoresistive static level gauge is composed of components such as a liquid reservoir, high-precision sensors, processing modules, and protective covers. It is suitable for various settlement monitoring scenarios including subways, tunnels, bridges, buildings, dams, urban pipelines, foundation pits, road surfaces, etc.

The FTJS-1000 silicon piezoresistive static level gauge is a differential pressure sensor that calculates the settlement amount by using the changes in pressure values between various monitoring points. The sensor has a small size and a large measuring range. Within its measuring range, the static level gauge can be installed following the ground contour without the need for leveling. Its fully sealed structure allows it to be buried underground without disrupting road traffic.

2. Equipment Principle

The FTJS-1000 silicon piezoresistive static level gauge is connected via a transparent PU tube and finally connected to a liquid storage tank. Compared with the capacity of the pipeline, the liquid storage tank has a sufficiently large capacity, which can effectively reduce the impact caused by subtle changes in the pipeline capacity due to temperature changes.

Once the elevation of any one of the sensors is determined or measured by other means, this measuring point can be used as a reference point. Or when the liquid storage tank is regarded as the reference point, the relative settlement (or uplift) of this measuring point can be directly obtained through the pressure change of the pressure sensor.

To eliminate the influence of atmospheric pressure, all sensors share a single vent pipe, which is finally connected to the liquid storage tank to form a closed air pressure self-balancing system.
