FTLF-5 Intelligent Digital Crack Monitoring Sensor
The intelligent digital crack monitoring sensor is used for long-term fixed-point monitoring and recording of key crack changes at high altitudes and hard-to-reach structural positions. This monitor can independently and continuously measure and record the change process of cracks over a period of time and the change value of external ambient temperature, thereby clearly reflecting the change trend of the crack, suitable for long-term monitoring and short-term detection.

Fixing method: Fixed with expansion bolts
Installation method: First use a drilling template to drill 6 expansion bolt fixing holes at the corresponding positions of the bridge. Then use expansion bolts to fix the sensor and the crack probe baffle at the corresponding positions of the bridge.
Debugging method: After installation, first connect the handheld computer for debugging. After the handheld computer is turned on, select the debugging function, enter the physical address of the sensor, and check the data on the handheld computer. Then move the probe of the sensor by hand to see if the data on the handheld computer changes. If the data is normal, remove the handheld computer, and the debugging of this sensor is completed. If the data is abnormal, check whether the data cable is connected correctly. If the data is still abnormal after the data cable is connected correctly, remove the sensor and return it to the factory for maintenance and inspection.
