FTYB-3000BStrain Sensor
The FTYB-3000B digital dynamic and static strain sensor is used to measure the micro-strain generated in structural bodies under static loads. It is a new type of strain sensor developed using magnetic induction position encoding technology; it does not need to be connected to a secondary instrument, and directly transmits the measured values to a specially configured digital display meter or computer for display in a digital manner. The wired/wireless transmission distance can reach 1km or more.
II. Product Applications:
Dynamic and static strain measurement of surface strains of engineering structures (such as concrete and its components) as well as bridges, slabs, columns and other components in civil engineering.
III. Product Advantages:
The strain sensor is used to measure the micro-strain of steel structures or concrete structures. Within the 150mm gauge length, we use all steel materials, whose expansion coefficient is close to that of concrete, making the measurement more accurate.
IV. Product Features:
It has built-in high-speed digital acquisition and storage chips, with a dynamic frequency response of 0-200Hz, which fully meets the static and dynamic impact response requirements of large bridge structures. At the same time, it has high sensitivity, good linearity, stable performance, strong anti-interference ability, easy installation, suitable for long-term observation, and the wired or wireless transmission distance can reach 1km or more.
V.Working Principle:
Strain is measured by directly measuring the tiny length change within a certain gauge length range of an object (such as a 150mm gauge distance). Therefore, this strain sensor is equivalent to an electronic device for measuring tiny displacements (its displacement resolution is 0.015μm, which is equivalent to an electronic ten-thousandth indicator). The principle is similar to measuring the length change within the gauge length range with a dial indicator.
