FTQN-2 Bridge Deflection Detector

The FTQN-2 Bridge Deflection Detector is used for measuring static and dynamic deflection, impact coefficient, power spectrum, and interval frequency of various bridges; monitoring low-frequency vibrations and displacements of large structures, etc. It provides accurate data for bridge construction, supervision, acceptance, and inspection departments, effectively guiding their work.

The FTQN-2 Bridge Deflection Detector uses a long-distance non-contact photoelectric conversion method to measure the dynamic and static deflection curves of bridges. It innovatively integrates optical path analysis and image acquisition, adopting a one-target-two-light design with dynamic precision range control to flexibly adapt to various customer and on-site needs. The powerful processing software can derive the impact coefficient of loads and the distribution of internal structural forces from dynamic curve numerical analysis, helping to identify weak points of the bridge and the integrity of the structure. It is a rare and practical bridge inspection device.

I. Instrument Principle:

The FTQN-2 Bridge Deflection Detector fixes a specialized target to the measurement point of the bridge, integrating the target with the bridge to form resonance. It converts bridge vibrations into light source vibrations of specific wavelengths. Through an optical analysis system, the light signal to be measured is analyzed and transmitted to an industrial CCD. By detecting changes in the central coordinates of the target's image on the CCD, the longitudinal and lateral displacements of the bridge under load and their time-response curves can be measured. The system's K-values (Kx, Ky), which represent the actual displacement value per pixel on the CCD, can be calibrated before measurement.
