FTGZ-6 Track Inspection Instrument

Product Overview and Functions

The FTGZ-6 Track Inspection Instrument is primarily used for detecting static geometric parameters of tracks, including gauge, level (or superelevation), left and right alignment and versine, left and right longitudinal level, and twist.

Main Functions:

· Equipped with an industrial computer (data acquisition unit) for recording and analyzing data, while displaying real-time measurement results; the on-site over-limit alarm function for all items allows inspectors to immediately mark locations with major defects.

· Supports human-machine interaction for recording characteristic points of the track, crossings, platforms,

loose fixed bolts, broken rails, and other markers or defects.

· Further analysis of detection data can be performed through dedicated intelligent data analysis and processing software, providing a scientific basis for track maintenance.

Product Structure

· The detection mechanical device consists of a frame and a data acquisition unit;

· The data acquisition and analysis system comprises data acquisition and analysis software and an industrial computer (data acquisition unit).
