Hydrogen fluoride experimental conductivity cell

The HFC400 Hydrogen Fluoride (Hydrofluoric Acid) Conductivity Cell is specifically designed for the determination of water content in hydrogen fluoride/hydrofluoric acid.
The cell body is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which provides excellent resistance to corrosion by hydrogen fluoride/hydrofluoric acid.
The electrodes are made of high-purity platinum (Pt), with specifications and spacing fully compliant with the national standard "GB7746-2011 Industrial Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride".
1. External copper connectors facilitate easy connection to conductivity measuring instruments.
2. Equipped with a non-contact temperature measurement probe, ensuring temperature measurement is unaffected by corrosion from the process fluid.
3. The process fluid inlet and outlet interfaces use 304 stainless steel fittings, securely connected to PTFE fluid tubes, and are easy to replace after long-term use.
4. Includes a fixed bracket and inlet/outlet flanges, suitable for both laboratory and online installation.

1. The cell body is made of pure PTFE, offering long-term resistance to corrosion by hydrogen fluoride or hydrofluoric acid.
2. The process fluid inlet and outlet fittings are made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring secure connections and easy replacement.
3. Features DN25 PTFE flanges at both ends for connection to pipeline flanges.
4. Built-in high-purity Pt electrodes and a corrosion-resistant temperature probe.
