The DJ-6B Pulse Electric Spark Leak Detector is a high-voltage instrument specifically designed for detecting the quality of metal anti-corrosion coatings. This instrument can perform quality inspections on coatings of various thicknesses, including glass-lined steel, fiberglass reinforced plastic, epoxy coal tar pitch, and rubber linings. When defects such as pinholes, bubbles, gaps, or cracks are present in the anti-corrosion layer, the instrument emits a bright electric spark and provides both audible and visual alarms. Powered by nickel batteries, it is particularly suitable for field operations.
