Overview

The MC-2000C Coating Thickness Gauge is a crystallization of high-tech innovation. It utilizes microcontroller technology, offering high precision, digital display, stable readings, low power consumption, and simple, convenient operation with touch buttons. It features single-probe full-range measurement, compact size, and lightweight design. Additionally, it includes storage, readout, statistics, low battery indication, and system/zero/two-point calibration. Its performance reaches the advanced level of contemporary international counterparts.

Using the magnetic thickness measurement method, it allows for convenient and non-destructive measurement of non-magnetic coating thickness on ferromagnetic materials, such as zinc, copper, chromium plating, or paint, enamel, fiberglass, spray coating, asphalt, and other coatings on steel surfaces. This instrument is widely used in industries including machinery, automotive, shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical, electroplating, spray coating, enamel, and plastics.
