1. Function of Point Fluidizer: The fluidizer is an aid-flow component in the process of discharging powdered materials from the silo. It is installed at the lower part of the hopper, where air is introduced through a porous plate to fluidize the powder, enhancing its fluidity, preventing bridging, and ensuring smooth material discharge.

2. Arrangement of Point Fluidizer: The fluidizer is installed at multiple points in the discharge cone section, fluidizing the material through multiple points, offering flexible arrangement.

3. Types of Fluidizers: Silo fluidizer, disc fluidizer, dish fluidizer, etc., with the silo fluidizer being the primary type.

     Pulverized Coal Fluidization Device Purpose and Features The pulverized coal fluidization conveyor is a key equipment for coal powder transportation, installed at the lower part of the injection tank. It mainly uses a diffusion metal mesh plate, with an internal gas distributor to ensure uniform airflow distribution across the entire fluidized bed, improving the fluidization effect of coal powder and enabling its transportation.

Performance Parameters Applicable medium: Pulverized coal + air or pulverized coal + nitrogen; Operating temperature: 0 - 100 °C; Design pressure: 0.6 - 1.6 MPa

Depending on the coal powder transportation process, it is divided into two forms: "top discharge" and "bottom discharge".
