Introduction:

Bridge load testing is a direct testing method used to evaluate the working condition of bridge structures. Due to the large span of the bridge and the high difficulty in design and construction technology, and in accordance with national regulations, large bridges must undergo production appraisal tests after completion.

Equipment Parameters:

Laboratory dimensions: 7m × 3m × 2.5m (L × W × H)

Temperature range: -40°C to 70°C, stability ≤ ±1°C; measurement accuracy ≤ ±0.5°C

Humidity range: 30%RH to 98%RH, control accuracy ≤ ±5%RH; measurement accuracy ≤ ±3%RH

Salt spray: saltwater concentration 5%, sedimentation rate 1-3ml (80cm².h)

Ice coating: thickness 5mm/h

Rainfall: 0.5~50mm/h and automatically adjustable

Wind speed: 0.5~10m/s (stability ±1m/s)

UV illumination: radiation intensity 63W, UV fluorescent lamp adjustable vertically

Saltwater immersion: saltwater concentration 3%~5%

Mechanical loading: 500kN actuator, static loading or dynamic loading
