Vehicle Rain Test System

Introduction:

The vehicle rain test system, commonly referred to as the vehicle rain test chamber, is a large-scale testing equipment used to simulate real-world rain environments and evaluate the rain resistance performance of entire vehicles. This system is primarily applied in commercial vehicles, passenger cars, military vehicles, new energy vehicles, and non-standard vehicles during processes such as final assembly, research and development, modification, and overhaul. Through the vehicle rain test, the sealing and reliability of the vehicle under harsh weather conditions can be assessed, ensuring excellent waterproof performance in practical use.

1. Effective dimensions of the rain system (width × depth × height): (5.2 × 14 × 6) m;

2. Enhanced test nozzle pressure: 276 kPa (0–6) mm/min (continuously adjustable);

3. Enhanced continuous spray duration ≥ 45 min;

4. Drip test rainfall volume: 140 L/m²/h or 280 L/m²/h;

5. Drip duration: ≥ 15 min;

6. Drip tray dimensions: (1 × 1) m
