Introduction:

Alternating damp heat test refers to an experiment conducted under high temperature and high humidity conditions to evaluate the rust prevention performance of anti-rust oils and greases on metals. It is an essential testing item in fields such as aviation, automotive, home appliances, and scientific research, used to test and determine the parameters and performance of electrical, electronic, and other products and materials after exposure to temperature environmental changes such as high temperature, low temperature, alternating humidity and heat, or constant testing.

The alternating damp heat test simulates the environment of tropical rainforests to determine the adaptability of products and materials during use and storage under temperature variations and surface condensation. It is commonly used for life tests, evaluation tests, and comprehensive tests. Technical indicators include: temperature, relative humidity, transition time, and number of cycles.
