Cloud Simulation Test

Introduction:

When aircraft operate at high altitudes, they may encounter cloud and fog environments containing supercooled water droplets, ice crystals, and other particles. In such conditions, ice may form on the surface of the aircraft and gradually accumulate, affecting the normal functioning of the equipment. In a controlled cloud and fog test chamber, the comprehensive performance of equipment such as millimeter-wave radar devices and sensors can be tested.

Humidity range: 10%RH to 100%RH

Average cloud particle diameter: 10 to 50μm, accuracy ±20% (FS)

Fog generation methods: high-pressure fogging, ultrasonic fogging, air-water mixed fogging, adiabatic expansion fogging, and steam fogging

3D digital simulation: The system is equipped with 3D digital simulation, combining simulation calculations with cloud and fog testing
