Introduction:

Whole vehicle high and low temperature testing is a method used to evaluate the performance and reliability of automobiles under extreme temperature conditions. This test aims to simulate various climatic conditions that a vehicle may encounter during actual use, particularly high or low temperature environments, to ensure that the vehicle and all its systems (such as the engine, air conditioning system, battery management system, etc.) can operate normally under these extreme conditions, ensuring passenger safety and comfort.

Whole Vehicle High Temperature Test Definition:

Placing the entire vehicle in a high-temperature environment for testing, typically within a temperature range of 40°C to 80°C or even higher, to simulate usage in hot regions.

Whole Vehicle Low Temperature Test Definition:

Exposing the entire vehicle to extremely low-temperature environments for testing, typically within a temperature range of -20°C to -55°C or sometimes lower, to simulate usage in cold regions.
