Operating principle
When the instrument is started, the electric motor drives the common sun gear to rotate. The grinding jars located at eccentric positions on the sun gear rotate in the opposite direction. Under the combined influence of the sun gear's revolution and the jars' reverse rotation, along with rotational bias forces, the grinding balls generate significant kinetic energy. The balls and samples move along different trajectories, resulting in continuous strong impact and friction, achieving highly efficient grinding and crushing effects.

l (1) Planetary gears adopt a double-locking mechanism: high-pressure insertion into grooves followed by bottom screw cap locking. Prevents disengagement even under high input power, eliminating accidents.
l (2) The lifting cover is equipped with an electronic lock, ensuring safety and reliability. The ball mill cannot operate when the door is open.
l (3) The grinding jar fixing handle features an anti-loosening gear design, preventing handle slack even during high-speed operation. To remove the jar, simply lift the release valve for easy detachment.
