The HS300 Vibratory Ball Mill is a specialized instrument designed for the rapid preparation of small quantities and various types of samples in the laboratory. Operating Principle

Samples and grinding balls are placed into the grinding container (such as a grinding jar or centrifuge tube/adapter). Under high-frequency oscillation, the grinding balls rapidly impact and frictionate within the container, easily achieving sample grinding, crushing, mixing, and cell disruption within seconds to minutes.

Cryogenic Grinding

By pre-freezing the samples (grinding jars and adapters can be frozen together), the HS300 can effectively grind heat-sensitive, viscous, and elastic samples. The grinding jars feature a screw-cap sealing design, effectively preventing condensation of atmospheric moisture on frozen samples and eliminating water vapor ingress, ensuring the accuracy of subsequent analytical results.

High Throughput Grinding

The HS300 Vibratory Ball Mill can be equipped with multi-well adapters, processing up to 192 animal and plant tissue samples simultaneously. The use of adapters not only provides highly reproducible, high-quality results for multiple sample preparations but also saves time and improves efficiency, offering a reliable analytical foundation for subsequent experiments.
