Product Introduction:

       The ST-1556 Insulating Oil Dielectric Loss and Volume Resistivity Tester complies with GB/T5654-2007 and is used to measure the dielectric dissipation factor and DC volume resistivity of liquid insulating media such as insulating oil. The dielectric dissipation factor and resistivity can be automatically completed in one go, with full automation of heating, temperature control, high-speed data sampling, calculation, display, printing, and storage. It is widely applicable in power, petroleum, chemical, universities, commercial inspection, and scientific research sectors.

Features:

◆ Utilizes medium-frequency induction heating, ensuring uniform heating, fast speed, convenient control, and strict temperature maintenance within the preset error range

◆ The instrument automatically completes heating and can simultaneously measure oil dielectric loss value and volume resistivity or either one individually

◆ The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure compliant with the national standard GB/T5654-2007, with an inter-electrode spacing of 2mm, eliminating the effects of stray capacitance and leakage on dielectric loss test results

◆ The instrument can automatically drain the sample from the oil cup without disassembly and perform automatic cleaning of the oil cup

◆ Equipped with an imported voltage stabilization module, effectively avoiding the impact of mains voltage and frequency fluctuations on the accuracy of dielectric loss testing, ensuring the accuracy of experimental data

◆ Comprehensive protection functions: high voltage cutoff when the cover is opened, overvoltage, overcurrent, and high voltage short circuit protection, with the instrument quickly cutting off high voltage and issuing warning messages

◆ Empty electrode cup calibration function: measures the capacitance and dielectric dissipation factor of the empty electrode cup to assess its cleaning and assembly condition, with data automatically saved
