Product Introduction:

    ST-1517 Fully Automatic Liquid Density Analyzer measures liquid density based on the principle that oscillation frequencies differ when U-shaped tubes are filled with different media. It is widely used for measuring the density of various liquids and, when paired with concentration conversion software, can directly display concentration values for corresponding liquids—such as alcohol—where volume concentration data can be read directly through microcontroller processing, making testing more convenient. It is an ideal instrument for measuring density in industries such as petroleum, diesel, cleaning fluids, lubricants, chemical liquids, flux, crude oil, chemical reagents, benzene, flavorings, essential oils, alcoholic beverages, and beverages.

Instrument Principle:

A small amount of sample is injected into a temperature-controlled sample tube. The vibration frequency or period is recorded, and the density of the sample is calculated using a pre-determined tube constant. The tube constant is determined by filling the tube with a calibration liquid of known density and measuring its vibration frequency. The instrument directly displays the density value after the sample is injected.

Features:

The instrument uses a constant temperature bath to ensure temperature stability within 20°C.

Microcontroller-controlled stepper motor drives a peristaltic pump for automatic sampling, enhancing automation. Only 2ml of sample is required per test, reducing waste.

Microcontroller-based data processing ensures fast, direct, and highly sensitive measurements, displaying density and temperature values directly.

Utilizes self-developed Peltier cooling technology for high cooling efficiency.

Built-in temperature and humidity sensor for intelligent environmental monitoring.

Built-in storage function for up to 100 test data sets. Can be connected to a computer via RS232 interface (customizable).

Calibration can be performed using pure water at 20°C as a standard.

Experimental Procedure:

Insert the sampling tube into the liquid, press the "Sampling" button, and the liquid will be automatically drawn into the oscillation tube. Once the instrument stabilizes at the set temperature of 20°C, the screen will directly display the liquid's temperature and density values.
